Return to Work & Rehabilitation

After a long period of absence, returning to work can be a difficult time for staff, especially if they have had major surgery or suffer with a chronic illness.

The Occupational Health Service can work with management to develop a realistic 'return to work and rehabilitation programme' that will support the employee and benefit the business.

Conforming to DDA requirements can be difficult - the occupational health staff are able to help businesses interpret the regulations and offer expert advice  with regard to disability issues in the workplace.
